Job Title - Contracts Manager - InternationalLocation - Montgomery officeResumes will be reviewed continuously.

What You Will DoWorks with all levels of management and procurement staff in the preparation and processing of Subcontracts, Purchase Agreements, Purchase Orders, and Material Requisitions.
Assures compliance with Caddell's operating procedures in the preparation and issuance of all subcontractor / supplier contracts.
Assists the procurement manager and executive staff as needed for a variety of analysis and briefings about project contract and cost issues.
Prepares financial statements as required for each assigned project and discusses changes with the procurement manager and executive staff.
Negotiates and prepares change orders, terms and conditions, and purchase agreements within the parameters of established procedure for subcontractors and vendors.
Expedites execution of subcontracts and purchase agreements.
Assists operations with documentation and review for government agencies performing audits.
Evaluates bonds and insurance from subcontractors.
Working Conditions - Office setting.
Some lifting may be required (25lbs), walking, standing, sitting, keyboarding, writing and reading.
Reporting Structure - Vice President Estimating & Procurement - InternationalWhat We ExpectEducation / Experience - Minimum high school diploma/GED.
Five years of construction experience in government contracts, or a Four-year degree in construction management, building science, engineering, etc.
, and two years of construction experience in government contracts, is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft software - Excel, Microsoft Word and the Access Data Base.
Ability to read and negotiate contracts.
Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.
Ability to perform financial analysis.
Ability to operate office equipment - copier, fax, etc.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
