Position Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic Studio Manager to lead our team and contribute to our culture of excellence as we grow.
The Studio Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the salon's daily operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty industry, with a specific interest in body waxing, and possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily studio operations to ensure smooth functioning and high levels of customer service.
Hire and manage studio staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement strategies to drive studio growth, including marketing initiatives and customer retention strategies.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the studio is well-stocked and operational.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in body waxing techniques and products.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar managerial role in the beauty industry, preferably in body waxing.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and staff.
Knowledge of the latest body waxing techniques, trends, and health and safety regulations.
Ability to strategize and implement effective business and marketing plans.
Proficiency in salon software and MS Office.
Esthetician or Cosmetology license is preferred but not required.
