Job Duties:
Our clients come from various industries including financial services, health/fitness, media services, retail, travel, and satellite service. Calls may involve billing inquiries, account or product inquiries, product or service orders, installation scheduling or technical product troubleshooting. Upselling may be required.

Requirements:
oPrior customer service experience preferred
oSelf-motivated and able to work independently
oExcellent communication skills
oProfessional, articulate voice
oAbility to multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer
oType 25 words per minute
oEnjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude
oHigh School Diploma or GED required
